The guides contain an investor directory, funding instruments overview, insights on the regional investments scene, among other things. The Make-IT in Africa project is a Digital Africa initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development executed by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
